The cell phone penetration in India is 87% as compared to the 8% of internet penetration. Users send a SMS with the email ID of their prospective employer to SMS-CV, and SMS-CV sends their CVs in an email to the employer. Thus enabling millions from the lower economic strata’s who live in urban areas and lack an internet connection.
